# Account Allocation

> Assign and reassign accounts across your sales team in WhiteWhale. Manage ownership by rep, territory, or vertical to balance workloads and coverage.

## Reassigning accounts already added

Once accounts are in your active list, you can reassign ownership to any team member directly from the Accounts page.

  <Step title="Go to All Accounts">
    Switch from **My Accounts** to **All Accounts** in the top filter to see your full team's book of business.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the account to reassign">
    Browse or search for the account you want to move.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Change the owner">
    Click the **Owner** field on the account row and select a different team member from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately.

  If your CRM is connected, ownership changes in WhiteWhale will sync to your CRM automatically.

## Assigning accounts from Suggestions

If you want to assign new accounts to team members as they come in from Account Suggestions — including round-robin distribution — that's handled separately in the Suggestions flow.
