# Microsoft Teams

> Get WhiteWhale buying signal alerts delivered directly to your Microsoft Teams channels. Keep your sales team updated on account activity without leaving Teams.

WhiteWhale can send signal alerts, account suggestions, and deal updates directly into your Microsoft Teams channels — so your reps get notified where they already work.

<Info>
  **Teams alerts are available on Enterprise plans.** To get set up, contact the WhiteWhale team at [hello@getwhitewhale.com](mailto:hello@getwhitewhale.com) and they'll walk you through the configuration.
</Info>

## What you'll receive in Teams

Once connected, WhiteWhale delivers the same alerts as Slack — directly into the channel of your choice:

* **Daily Signals** — new signal activity on your accounts, with the source, key details, and a link back to the platform or your CRM
* **Assigned Accounts** — when a new account is assigned to a rep
* **Recommended Accounts** — when Account Suggestions surfaces new matches

## Getting set up

Teams setup is handled by the WhiteWhale team. Reach out and they'll get your workspace connected.

## After setup: turn on your notifications

Once your workspace is connected, each rep should go to **Settings** → **User Notifications** and enable the alerts they want to receive in Teams.

At minimum, turn on **Daily Signals** and **Assigned Accounts** to get full value from the integration.
