Reassigning accounts already added

Once accounts are in your active list, you can reassign ownership to any team member directly from the Accounts page.

Go to All Accounts

Switch from My Accounts to All Accounts in the top filter to see your full team’s book of business.

Find the account to reassign

Browse or search for the account you want to move.

Change the owner

Click the Owner field on the account row and select a different team member from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately.
If your CRM is connected, ownership changes in WhiteWhale will sync to your CRM automatically.

Assigning accounts from Suggestions

If you want to assign new accounts to team members as they come in from Account Suggestions — including round-robin distribution — that’s handled separately in the Suggestions flow.
