How to delete a signal

From the Signals page, click the trash icon next to the signal you want to remove and confirm the deletion. The signal is immediately removed from your list. Over the next 10–15 minutes, WhiteWhale will re-score all affected accounts and update their rankings to reflect the change.
Deleting a signal is permanent. If you want to stop receiving alerts without losing the signal, mute it instead.

How many signals should I have?

Aim for 10–15 active signals at any given time. Enough to get a detailed picture of every account, without so many that the signal queue becomes hard to work through. Feel free to delete signals that aren’t returning useful results and replace them with better ones. Iterating on your signal list over time is normal and expected.

Muting Signals

Pause alerts without removing the signal entirely.

Improving Signals

Fix signals before deciding to delete them.
