Archiving pauses an account and returns its credit slot so you can add a new account in its place. All historical signal data is preserved — archiving is not the same as deleting.
How to archive an account
What archiving does
- Stops the account from running — no new signals will fire
- Frees up one credit slot for a new account
- Preserves all historical signal data — you can still view everything that was found before archiving
Rotating your account list
Archiving is designed for monthly list rotation. If your plan includes 1,000 accounts, you can archive your current 1,000 at the end of the month and add a fresh 1,000 — cycling through your full prospect list over time. You can see your current capacity at any time by clicking Add Accounts in the top right of the Accounts page.Related
