Whether you got a Slack notification, a Teams alert, or an email and want to dig into the details — here’s how to find your freshest signal activity in the platform.
Sort by most recent signals
From the Accounts page, click the Last Signal column header to sort by signal date. This surfaces accounts with the most recent activity at the top, so you can see what fired today, yesterday, and over the last week at a glance. Click into any account to see the full signal detail.Filter by time range or signal type
For a more targeted view, use the filter bar:- Filter by time range — click the time filter and select a window like Last 30 Days to see all accounts with signal activity in that period
- Filter by a specific signal — combine a signal filter with a time range to find, for example, all accounts that had a Founding SDR Hire signal in the last 7 days
Save the view as a Segment
If you find a combination of filters you want to come back to — like “all accounts with a new CRO signal in the last 30 days” — you can save it as a Segment so it’s always one click away. How Segments Work
